My work focuses on helping women, mothers, and young adults move out of emotional overwhelm and into greater calm, clarity, and confidence. Together, we start with what you’re experiencing right now — anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, or feeling disconnected from yourself — and build practical tools you can use in everyday life.

I’ll help you understand what’s happening in your nervous system when you feel triggered or exhausted, and teach you simple, effective strategies to regulate emotions, slow racing thoughts, and respond instead of react. We’ll work on setting boundaries without guilt, releasing the need to control everything, and rebuilding trust in yourself.

I also support missionaries returning home and individuals navigating major life transitions, helping process loss, identity shifts, and emotional fatigue.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. You’ll gain concrete coping skills, deeper emotional awareness, and renewed confidence in your ability to thrive — not just survive. Healing isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to move forward.
